They want you to believe Meloni and her coalition won a landslide: 43.8% of the vote. But that number is a media lie. That 43.8% doesn’t represent the people—it only comes from the small percentage who actually voted.
Here’s the truth: out of over 51 million eligible voters, more than 25 million didn’t even show up. Meloni’s right-wing bloc got 12.3 million votes—that means less than 1 in 4 Italians voted for her entire coalition.
But Giorgia Meloni alone received around 7.3 million votes—just 14% of those eligible. That’s only 1 in 7 Italians. And yet, she governs like the whole country gave her a mandate. This is the scam. This is the numbers game.
JUNE 8, 2025: THE REFERENDUM & MELONI’S BALLOT REJECTION
Today, June 8, 2025, during the national referendum, Giorgia Meloni publicly refused her ballot. A shocking move—and a truth we at Sicilia Indipendente have been shouting for years: refusing your ballot, if officially recorded, is a democratic right. It’s a powerful act.
Ironically, for the first time, we find ourselves agreeing with something Meloni did: rejecting the ballot, as allowed under Law 104 of 1957, Article 5. If millions had done the same in 2022, she wouldn’t be in office today.
But let’s not kid ourselves: her gesture is pure propaganda. As we say in Sicily, she’s trying to cover the sun with a fishing net. Fake opposition to herself—while her government keeps pushing Italians into poverty, depression, and rising domestic violence caused by financial pressure.
DON’T JUST STAY HOME—REJECT THE BALLOT
The Italian political system is rigged. It takes just a small organized minority to control everything. When you stay home and abstain, you’re helping the system survive.
But there’s another legal option: go to the polling station and officially reject the ballot. Make them record your protest.
It’s written in Law 104 of 1957, Article 5. Architect Sebastiano Caruso from Avola, president of the Global Union of Sicilians, has made it clear: if millions reject the ballot, the system’s legitimacy collapses.
It’s tragic that most “independent” movements in Italy never talk about this. They keep urging people to vote for candidates tied to national parties—candidates who end up selling out or merging with the establishment. The proof? So many independence groups, zero results. They keep making the same mistakes.
POLITICIANS’ PRIVILEGES: LEGALIZED THEFT
A member of Italy’s parliament gets over €15,000 per month, but when you add the perks, they’re really taking home more than €35,000 monthly:
- Tax-free allowances
- Reimbursement for healthcare, phones, hotels
- Government cars for shopping and cocaine parties
- State planes for luxury vacations
- Guaranteed pensions after 5 years (workers need 42!)
- Discounts on gas, insurance, travel—even haircuts
Then they go on TV and ask regular citizens to make “sacrifices.” What have they ever sacrificed?
HISTORY SPEAKS: WHEN THE PEOPLE RISE, NOTHING STOPS THEM
These politicians—from left to right—think they’re untouchable. But when the people rise, not even the worst dictators survive.
Just ask Caligula. Nero. Louis XVI. It’s only a matter of time.
If Italians rise up—not with weapons, but with democratic power—these traitors will run out of lies and places to hide.
THE ALTERNATIVE: REAL, CLEAN, PEOPLE-POWERED DEMOCRACY
We at Sicilia Indipendente ask for just three things:
- Use ballot refusal as your peaceful, legal protest
- Say NO to all mainstream parties—they’re part of the same scam
- Overthrow this shameful system not with violence, but with truth and courage
AGAINST CLOWNS LIKE RENZI & TRAITORS LIKE MELONI
Matteo Renzi brags about having bodyguards and challenges reporters to speak English—after embarrassing himself at Harvard. His English is a joke, yet he calls himself an international leader.
And Giorgia Meloni? She sells herself as a patriot but sells Italy to global elites.
They’re all the same. They’ve turned politics into a circus of millionaires while the people starve.
THE FINAL WORD: REJECT THE BALLOT—REJECT THE SYSTEM
The real “Made in Italy” today is this: a legalized scam by a criminal caste dressed up as democracy.
There’s no more room for the “lesser evil.”
It’s time to get rid of all of them—legally, one by one.
And if millions of Italians reject the ballot, it will be the first real people’s victory in decades.
Sicilia Indipendente is here. And this is only the beginning.
